The new health care laws are confusing. We’re here to help you navigate the new eligibility changes and explain the options that will soon be available to you.

Enrollment begins on October 1, 2013. Individuals and families can begin enrolling for low-cost, free, or subsidized health care insurance that covers:

• Doctor visits

• Hospitalizations

• Maternity care

• Emergency Room visits

• Prescriptions

Beginning in October, our staff can meet with you in person to help you select a plan that fits your needs and your budget.  If you have a pre-existing condition, health insurance plans cannot deny you coverage.  Most importantly, all plans are required to show the costs and what is covered in simple language with no fine print!

Help is available to all members in our communities, not just to our patients, because we believe health care is your right.  Health insurance provides your family with medical and financial security and helps us build and strengthen humanity.

We are here to help.  No red tape.  No fine print.
